It's very sad when any 56 year old person dies, but a light has gone out in the world with the death of Steve Jobs. He changed the way people interact with technology. I would never have been able to create the things I do, in the way I do, if it was not for Steve Jobs.

Painting people on the Luas can be tricky. You have to be quick. You never know when the person you're painting will get up and leave. You can't ask them to stay still either. There's also the danger of getting so into it you'll miss your own stop. Hasn't happened to me yet...

You can't really see the full effect unless it's on an ipad, but they do sometimes look like stained glass. It's the backlight I guess. I'm sure Harry Clarke would love an ipad if he was around today.
