Nosferatu Posters
So I entered another competition and I didn't win... again. I'm OK with that.
This time the idea was to create a film poster for Nosferatu which was shown in the Ulster Hall in Belfast. I created the first on my iPad and the second using Photoshop. All hand drawn, mind you.
Anyway, here are my designs that didn't win... again.

Movie Monday: Local Hero
Welcome to Movie Monday! From time to time I hope to post some paintings inspired by some of my favourite films... on a Monday.
I'm starting with my favourite film, Local Hero (1983) directed by Bill Forsyth.
It's a beautiful, funny, warm film so if you haven't seen it, check it out.
I had made the usual video with a brilliant track from the album, but the sound has been disabled :(
